We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on Baby Carriers, Cloth Diapers, Limited Editions, or Pre Orders. 

We do accept returns on other items on a case by case basis as long as it is in new condition, still has tags attached, and was purchased in the last 30 days. 
If we accept your return you will be responsible for shipping back to us and will receive store credit for the product. If the item has been discontinued or gone on sale in that time period you will receive the sale price of the item.


We ship out AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!! With large releases we will often no look at our email or Facebook until everything is shipped as to speed up the process. If you need anything with your order, please CALL the store.

To help keep our shipping costs low, and to be able to offer a lower Free Shipping rate, unless specifically told otherwise we will combine all your orders together into one package and ship them together. This benefits both you and us because it lowers the cost of shipping for us and it makes it so you only have 1 tracking number to follow! 

If you wish for your order(s) to be split into multiple packages please indicate this when checking out in the Order Comments section.
We will also include a receipt with EVERY order unless told specifically by you to leave it out. Again this should be indicated in the Order Comments section.
